SAMPLE 1: BUSINESS EXPANSION AND ACQUISITION OF NEW CONSUMER SEGMENTS
In order to expand Chrissima Tours to new customer segments I conducted research on their current state of affairs in the travel industry and strategies to market to these new groups. Industry reports provide insightful information on the market conditions and will allow Anna to adjust her competitive strategy to gain a lead on her competitors. Additionally, information was provided on new marketing strategies in order for Anna to target new segments and gain more customers through targeted ads and social media.
SAMPLE 2: PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS
Visualizing the types of excursions customers will experience helps create a deeper connection to the client because they are able to connect the itinerary to a video element. Creating these videos allows Anna to show her clients what they will actually be experiencing and can lead to more sales through these different media forms. Utilizing these videos on multiple social media outlets such as Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram can allow for virality and visualization which extends further than words or pictures alone.

SAMPLE 3: ENGLISH ITINERARIES
When working with an international consumer base its important to portray an image of proficiency in that of culture and language, which can pose as challenging without that direct influence. When non-native speakers of a language attempt to speak or write in a different language it can come across as incomplete or misunderstood in many cases. This is why I took the liberty of adjusting Chrissima's English itineraries in order to give a clear message of what the customer should expect. With proper grammar and more structured sentences consumers will be reassured that Anna can handle and coordinate their trip.
